Privacy Policy

How Trinity Cadence collects, uses, stores, and protects information from visitors, beta applicants, and users.

Last updated: June 3, 2026

Trinity Cadence is a product of Trinity One Consulting ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you interact with us through this website, the invite/beta application form, or direct communication, and how we use and protect that information.

What we collect

When you request an invite or contact us, we may collect:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Company name and role
  • Approximate team size
  • Anything you choose to tell us in a message

We also receive standard analytics data (such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referral source) through Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager, and standard metadata (timestamp, source) associated with form submissions.

How we use it

  • To review and respond to your invite request or inquiry.
  • To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Trinity Cadence product.
  • To send a small number of relevant follow-up emails. You can opt out at any time.
  • To maintain a record of our communications in our CRM.

Where it's stored

Your information is stored in our customer relationship management system (Zoho CRM) and supporting infrastructure (including Supabase and US-based cloud hosting providers). We use commercially reasonable security practices to protect it.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with vendors that help us run our business — such as CRM, email delivery, analytics, scheduling, and bot-protection providers — and only to the extent necessary for them to provide their service.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the footer of any email.
  • Request deletion of your information by emailing us.
  • Request a copy of the information we hold about you by emailing us.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) and to protect forms from automated abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile). You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children's privacy

Trinity Cadence is a business product intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
