When Cadence is not the right pick.
You want a project-management tool, not an operating cadence
If you're really after a better Asana — task lists, Gantt charts, sprint boards — Cadence is overkill. Pick Asana, ClickUp, or Linear and don't apologize for it.
You're under 10 employees and the founder is the operating cadence
At that size you don't need software for this. A weekly 90-minute meeting and a shared doc will outperform any platform. Come back at 15+ when the rhythm needs a system to live in.
Your implementer or coach requires a specific approved platform
Trinity Cadence is an independent platform and isn't on any framework's official tool list. If your coach or implementer requires a specific platform, talk to them first — we're happy you found what fits.
You need enterprise SSO, SOC2 Type II, and a six-figure procurement workflow today
We're invite-only beta, not enterprise-ready in the procurement sense yet. If your CISO needs to see a SOC2 report this week, talk to Ninety or Bloom — we'll be there in 12 months.
