Kevin Patrick
Trinity Cadence wasn't built by a software company. It was built by Kevin Patrick — a Fractional COO and Integrator with 30+ years of experience in ERP and operational systems, including SAP Business One and Acumatica.
Kevin is an active Fractional COO and Integrator for companies in the $3M–$50M range. He's also a Certified Dream Manager — because operational excellence means nothing if your people aren't growing alongside the business.
He uses Trinity Cadence with his own clients every week. Every feature exists because it solved a real problem in a real leadership team meeting.
When he's not running cadence for clients, Kevin is the head football coach for the Pacetti Bay Wildcats in St. Augustine, FL — where discipline, rhythm, and people development matter just as much as they do in the boardroom.
