The Partner Promise

Our Commitment to Practitioners

I built Trinity Cadence because I needed it — as a Fractional COO and Integrator running cadence with my own clients. When I decided to make it available to other Practitioners, I made myself a promise: the tool would support your work, never compete with it. This page puts that promise in writing.

Talk to Kevin

You bring the clients. You bring the methodology. You bring the trust that was built over years of sitting in the Integrator seat with them. Trinity Cadence should amplify that work — not quietly angle to replace you.

Here's how we make sure that stays true.

Six Commitments
1

No Direct Consulting to Partner Clients

Trinity One Consulting will not offer Fractional COO, Integrator, or consulting services to any client organization brought onto Trinity Cadence by a partner — for the duration of the partner relationship and 12 months after.

2

No Poaching

Trinity Cadence will not market consulting, facilitation, or implementation services directly to organizations with an active partner relationship. Product communications (feature updates, billing) are the only outbound contact.

3

Transparent Attribution

Partner-referred organizations are permanently tagged in the system. Attribution is visible to both the partner and Trinity Cadence. There is no mechanism to quietly reassign a client.

4

Client Continuity

If a partner disengages from a client, the client retains full access to Trinity Cadence at standard per-seat rates. No lock-in through the partner. No data loss. The client's history, Blueprint, Pulse data, and Playbooks remain intact.

5

Partner-First Communication

Product changes, pricing updates, and roadmap shifts are communicated to partners before they reach partner clients. Partners are never surprised by a change their client sees first.

6

Your Methodology, Your Relationship

Trinity Cadence is a platform, not a methodology. Partners bring their own facilitation style, coaching approach, and client relationship. Trinity Cadence supports the work — it does not replace the practitioner.

This isn't a legal contract. It's a professional commitment from one Practitioner to another. If you have questions about how this applies to a specific situation, I'm a phone call away.
